Sustainable. Essentials.
Everywhere we turn, we are now bombarded with one "Green" product after another. Green has become Synonymous with organic and sustainable. Well that's simply not true. Moreover, it's the same old pattern (take from others and give nothing back) with a new name.
For a product to be truly Green and Sustainable it must consider the basic elements:
- Living Beings
- Planet
- Profit
In that order.
Without these basic ingredients, a product can claim to be "green" all it wants, but it's still greenwashing. It is not enough to continue the same old practices of unfair labour in the pursuit of a dollar and call a product green. Human Rights and Ethical, sustainable practices must be front and centre.
